We Love Ink – Alcohol Ink Fun Afternoon – Pam Griner – Monday, February 14, 12:30-3:00 $24/$27/$30
Bring your own supplies and spend a fun afternoon playing with and experimenting with alcohol inks. We will try some fun techniques. Pre-requisite – basic alcohol ink skills. (Valentine treats provided)

Collaging Out of the Box – Sandy Stratil – Monday and Tuesday, February 21, 22, 
10:00-4:00 $101/$113/$120
Give your creativity a jump start by painting with paper. This two-day workshop will 
introduce students to collage using tissue paper, found objects/materials, and photo 
transfers. There will be demonstrations and discussions about composing with texture 
and color, gluing methods, photo transfers, and dyeing papers. Students will have 
plenty of time to work; they will complete at least one small collage and get ideas 
for many future projects. NOTE: Anyone is welcome to take this workshop, both 
those who have had it before and new students. No special experience is required. 

Let’s Work Little – Betty Hendrix – Friday, February 25, 10:00-3:00 $39/$44/$48   ANY MEDIUM
Most top artists find it useful to work in a variety of sizes. We will discuss the definitions of Miniature Art; Small Works; and Tiny Art. There will be information about sources for materials for these forms, rules and regulations, and how to include this in your repertoire. There will be some forms for entering shows and what is involved. A variety of supplies will be shown and available to try. Students may work in class using their own supplies and medium of choice. Intermediate/Advanced. (1 hour lunch break)

                                            Go with the Flow/Beginning Alcohol Ink - Pam Griner – Tuesday, March 8, 11:30-2:30                                             $36/$40/$44
                                            Spend a relaxing afternoon exploring the process of painting with alcohol ink. In this class                                             you will learn about the medium, the different brands of ink, the paper that works best with                                             the medium, and how to create simple abstract and landscape paintings. This will truly be a                                             stress-free environment as we examine how the ink flows and how to manipulate it for the                                             effect you desire. Beginner (all supplies included).

Working from Life – Plein Air Painting!! (Your choice of medium-instructor will work in Pastel) - Betty Hendrix Monday/Tuesday, March 28 and 29, 9:00-3:00 $96/$102/$120   ANY MEDIUM
An opportunity to get out with a group and paint from life (weather permitting). If weather forces us inside we will do something from life inside – plants, still life, or photos of your own. Intermediate/Advanced. (1 hour lunch break)

Intermediate/Advanced Alcohol Ink - Pam Griner – Wednesday, April 6, 
10:00-3:30, $58/$64/$70 
In this class you will expand your knowledge of working with alcohol inks 
and discover various painting techniques to create a more advanced look 
to your work. You will learn to go beyond dropping or pouring the ink onto 
the Yupo paper and will be introduced to some new techniques. Learn how 
to improve some of the methods you have been using to paint with inks. 
Pre-requisite – basic alcohol ink skills. (Paper provided) 

Citra Solv Collage (& Resin Demonstration) – Carol Gradwohl - Thursday and Friday, April 7, 8, 10:30-3:00 $85/$95/$104
Students will learn how to make Citra Solv papers from National Geographic magazines. Students will practice using various techniques to create small art and different ways to embellish and create papers for future projects. On the second day students will learn how to create a collage using their Citra Solv papers and the instructor will demonstrate the use of resin to enhance your work with brilliance and luminosity. All levels. 
(30 minute lunch break).
